Amber and Carl put together the quote to replace our living room and master bedroom carpet plus the dated master bathroom floor tile with the porcelain plank we had installed in May 2015, using a supply we found at a liquidator because the manufacturer had discontinued the style.

Carl came out, met with us, heard our requirements, took the measurements and put together the firm quote which we accepted.

On the planned start day, he and the flooring crew, Mario and Junior were punctual, prepared and focused and they started demolition and cleanup right away on that Monday.  The crew was on time every day, which is rare these days that when a contractor says they’ll arrive at a certain time they actually arrive at the promised time on the dot.

By Friday afternoon everything was completed and cleaned up.  The result is gorgeous.

Mario and Junior demonstrated their craftsmanship, dedication and focus on doing the job right, answering our questions along the way and taking care of every detail.

We have hired Town Center Floors again to use the remaining plank for some additional trim plus to do our upstairs bathroom the same way as the downstairs bathroom and they will do it in a few weeks.  We weren’t sure going in if we’d have enough material left but when it became obvious we would, we simply had to choose them again.

Carl and Amber are no-nonsense owners who will work with you to make your flooring project as efficient as possible and so it is with pleasure we highly recommend them, with our thanks for a beautiful, seamless continuation of the flooring we had been able to budget for 8 years ago, this month to complete the original plan.

We just love our “new” master bath! We were hesitant to do a remodel since we didn’t know who to call. Our plumbing company referred us to Town Center Floors, and we contacted them. Carl came out that afternoon to take a look. He listened to us and gave us a few suggestions. After he left, we knew we had found our contractor! After much local research we had Town Center Floors install our new vinyl flooring throughout our downstairs. What made TCF our choice? First was the design help. Amber has deep experience in the choices and a flair for design, what will look good, and that's what we all want, a choice that is the best. Second was the preparation in "here is exactly what we're going to do for you," and they lived up to every promise. Third was installation, the most skilled craftsmen we had ever seen, fast, precise and bless them: clean! When they left the house was immaculate. And finally, Carl did the walk-through with us and was meticulous in making every small adjustment needed, some things we didn't even notice. Last week we had them back to install granite countertops and backsplash. No shopping around needed this time and the kitchen looks beautiful. And all of this for a fair price. Carl and Amber are absolutely outstanding. We had them rebuild our master shower and we love it. They're good folks who are great at communication, design, and coordination. Amber helped us select the materials and color scheme we wanted to and made that intimidating process very easy and fun.

Carl coordinated the actual demo/construction/tile/glass process and made it very easy and transparent for us. Mario, the tile guy, did terrific work and even braved the cold (we wrapped up literally the Saturday before the crazy winter storm this year) to get things done.

Give them a call and get the ball rolling, no need to keep shopping - you're good right here. The price was very fair-  perhaps you can save a handful of pennies elsewhere but you aren't going to get the high level of service, efficiency, and timeliness elsewhere that made Town Center a joy to work with.

Carl and Amber are a very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and an honest couple to work with! What I found most impressive about both of them was the fact, that they didn't have to brag about their business or share stories of how satisfied their clients were, in order to get our business. This told me how good they are, at what they do. And I was absolutely right!

We wanted to consider a few options, with a combination of tiles and wood. They were very patient in understanding our needs and concerns. They provided us the necessary information and gave their honest opinion. They will tell you what they think is best and not what you had like to hear. They provide a detailed, line-by-line item estimate, which is what we expect, when we take up any project. They pay attention to details and are very prompt in replying to the emails.

On project day and throughout the completion of the project, Carl stopped by almost every day, to check the progress and answer questions we had. Amber kept us informed about the schedule. We were very impressed with their way of handling the project and were assured that we were in good hands.

Their crews take pride in the work they do. They were very professional, meticulous and paid attention to details and the little things, that made the completed project look beautiful. They were also friendly, took care while around the house, very organized and cleaned up at the end of each day.

The first project we did with Carl and Amber, were the wood floors. It was a very pleasant and positive experience and they exceeded our expectations. We were so happy with their work and the way they took care of us, that when it was time to do our Master Shower and Floor, we didn't shop around!  And needless to say, that it was a very pleasant and positive experience all over again!

For the shower, we also had to work with a plumber. We chose to work with theirs. We just had to let Carl and Amber know that we chose to work with them and they took care of the scheduling part. They work together like a well-oiled machine! Working with their Plumbing company, was also a very pleasant and positive experience! We were extremely happy with their work as well.

I wish we had more floors to replace! Amber, Carl, and their team at Town Center Floors are the best in the business. From the start, Amber and Carl were amazing to work with. Their expertise, care, professionalism (and patience) made the material selection process smooth, easy, and stress free.  (Our living room opens up to our pool which has a steady stream of wet feet coming in and out all year long.  I'd heard that wood tile could be a durable and easy maintenance alternative to hard wood, but I was really nervous about finding a high quality tile that really looked and felt like wood- and I wanted a grey barn wood look.) Amber and Carl took the time to really understand what we like, how we live in the space, compare options with us, research and let us try samples to ensure that we found the perfect flooring for our home.Truly, we were blown away by their service from our first meeting to the completed project.
Once we selected the tile, the installation crew was top notch as well. They attended to the smallest details, even ensuring that the tiles formed continuous lines as they climbed the step up into our den. This took time and precise cuts and looks phenomenal. The result is outstanding. Carl literally stopped by every day and personally helped make any game time decisions that came up.  The team thought of beautiful details and literally went above and beyond in every way. Our floors look incredible and we will absolutely work with Amber and Carl on ANY project we have in the future. We were very impressed from beginning to end. Carl and Amber did an excellent job understanding our project, helping us find the best material for the best price, and answering all our questions. They were also very proactive in asking us questions about small details that affected the overall look of our project, such as the height of the shower and the width of the grout lines and ensuring that their suppliers could deliver products in accordance with our project timelines.

The jobs were completed timely and very professionally. The crews worked hard and stayed on site all day. Daily, Carl came out and checked on the quality of the work and made sure the projects were proceeding as directed.

One day there was an issue with a work vehicle arriving timely, and Carl called us promptly and informed us and then sent a double crew the next day to get caught up.

After receiving estimates from a number of contractors we decided to use TC Floors for our master bath remodel. TC Floors was the only company we spoke with that offered the design service as well as the detail to work that we were looking for. Amber helped us pick out the perfect materials to complement our existing home decor and make our bathroom a relaxing and elegant room. Carl coordinated and oversaw all of the daily remodel work as well as worked with our plumber and electrician to see that all aspects of the job were completed correctly and on time. The tile work is outstanding. Not only did the installers do a phenomenal job, but they also kept the area extremely neat and clean. They arrived when they were supposed to each day and were also polite and respectful of our family.

We will definitely be doing more business with TC Floors. We have several other baths that need updating as well as other flooring in the house that needs replacing.
